PrestaShopERPconnect

PrestaShop is an OpenSource ecommerce solution written in PHP/MySQL and maintained by the French company PrestaShop S.A. The main strenghts of PrestaShop are its speed, its ease of use, its large ecosystem of addons and its enthusiast community.

Akretion and Camptocamp started the OpenERP - PrestaShop connector during a one-week code-sprint in February 2012, cf the official press release. The connector is published on a dedicated Launchpad project called PrestaShopERPconnect under the AGPL licence (the same licence as OpenERP).

Akretion is currently leading the development of the connector and will have two customers in production with OpenERP 6.1 and PrestaShop 1.5 at the end of 2012. Successful deployment of the connector requires deep knowledge of OpenERP, PrestaShop and the connector’s internals.
